Gymnastics is a Tough Sport! (2025/117)

 Gymnasts almost inevitably get themselves a great body image. They need strength with flexibility, and endurance to get through the routines. The younger they start, the better!

The training is tough, and is usually augmented with lifting and bodyweight exercises. Great examples here, in all age groups. Gymnasts at work, rest and (occasionally) play!
