Like attracts like - especially when attracted to the gym. Encouragement, companionship, friendship follows.  ...but they're not in the gym training all the time... Maybe just three is getting a bit boring... let's up the numbers...

 Pooling resources - larger groups of fit guys, and certainly not just in the pool! Some team bonding along the way. It would be interesting to know what they did to win that cup - or what they are going to do... oil wrestling on the pad, maybe? Any ideas? Cue some Turkish oil wrestlers! Not sure what they are doing either!
