We haven't featured abs for a while. Some exercise suggestions appear lower down (but many, many more in previous "workout" posts).   Well, everyone (every cat?) to their own taste... meanwhile, you might want to toughen 'em up a bit...  You know you want to - so join the gym people! You need to experience that feeling of satisfaction as you leave the gym after a great session. No wonder so many guys take selfies at the end of their sessions...  ...and that's just as true if it's your basement or garage
