Ice baths and snowfields... always an invitation to the fit lads to get their shirts off! This is our world in the northern hemisphere as we welcome 2023 - here's to a great year of fitness, workouts, and (always!) fun with our fitness buddies. Yes: never too young to start with a little help from dad (and God, in this case!).
