The Gang Show - devised by Ralph Reader, used to be the height of a Boy Scout year. Our 'gang show' is about fit guys (in heaps) hanging out or doing stuff for their own enjoyment. And, naturally, ours as well. We rather fancy a go at that! Then afterwards, maybe this: Anyone for a dip beneath the ice? There's obviously something about shirtless guys, snow and ice! And water!
