So they have been to the gym, and are now at home: crashing out, posing with the phone cameras or doing other stuff which shows off their definition and development for us to enjoy/admire.  

'Fit' does not have to mean big muscles. A slim, well-toned body image is absolutely fine for many sports and is also, as they say, 'beach ready'. Today we feature slimmer guys who are all well worth the attention.
