We focus on great abdominal development today, by way of inspiration. The pattern of your abs cannot change - you are born with that - but you can sure make them strong and stand out with a combination of gym and diet.  Bodyweight exercise is particularly useful for abs: all forms of sit-ups, leg raises and so forth, and twisting exercises develop the oblique abs... so check these pictures out and get inspired!
