Balance - Not Something you Discover... (2023/256)

Image
"Balance is not something you discover - it is something you create" In other words - you train your body so that your muscles and sense of balance (in the ears, actually) to work together: YOU create the balance... it is not there waiting for you! In other words, hard work... ... ... ...pays off!... ... ... ...and can lead to fun at the pool... ... ..especially in the deep end... ... ...and then, back in the gym for more training... ...   More training results from others...     Just training now, with some fun added here and there:   We've seen Christiano Rujana earlier working with his dad (and trainer) Sam: a few here going solo:   And for the final video... any port in a storm!

Two hands, one hand, planches, sequences... all of course showing fitness and a dedication to training, which is what we are about. Let's start in the rain, and move on to the circus slack wire... That was Christiano Rujana and so is this: Another young gymnast in his bedroom... More hand-walking fun... A spectacular one-arm handstand here, going up... Anyone for chess? One non-shirtless video clips to finish off, as we wait for the bus...

So here goes: video action first, thern some still images. Professionals and amateurs alike. Some younger guys now, starting with a diver: 9yo: Some mens pair work now with one of our favourite acro pair: A view from below: They do it in the snow too - never miss a chance... ... ...and then, back in the gym, making it harder:   Now back to professionals Jack Atherton (base) an
