Let's begin with a group of four guys who I think (but don't know for sure) are in an African country  ...and then Ilya, a young circus performer, training at home... A couple of one-arm balance positions: A couple of training attempts, with a bit of support... Some hard work with professional acrobats training in the gym...  ...and one of UK's future artistic gymnastics stars... ...and a much younger Russian one training at home... Another gymnast in flight... ...another, on the beach... Rings training... ...and getting stronger for the rings, at home... The same young gymnast uses wall bars to stretch and perfect his 'manna' position... A nice handstand shape on the bar during a street workout... And just to prove we support everyone who tries, a couple of not-so-good handstand attemps! Always make time for some fun stuff, especially on the beach with the guys
