I read on someone's Instagram that, because he is about to get married, he will regrettably have to cut down training from six days a week to five. Oh dear: guys, do get your priorities right. Yes, training is great, but so is family time and time for relaxation and fun. Body image doesn't trump everything. Talking of Instagram... ... ...   Not sure that Jim Beam (etc) is a good advert for a fitness regime! But he looks OK on it...   Actually, that's not really a good advert for anything: fag in his mouth, muscles need work on all of them... but its in now (sigh): at least they support shirtless freedom!
