A second post today, after the gymnasts. These lads are definitely 'making the effort' to maintain and improve fitness. So they deserve being able to show off to us when caught in the act...! I'm not posting any guys just sitting around in the gym or taking selfies today!   I have rejected two other pictures of guys holding a weight because they were obviously posing and I wanted to celebrate the actual work they're doing today - I think he's a borderline case so I leave him in! There are dozens of posers and guys resting between sets to come in the next few posts, so pay attention! So that's 31 for this post...
