Gym Bunnies! Not the excessive muscle-Mary guys, but guys determined to improve at their chosen activities through building strength and endurance. Maybe sweaty: at work or between sets. May be the gym, the garage, even the bedroom - wherever the tools of the trade are. Whatever, enjoy.

One month ago, the superb 'body image' site younglifter.com suddenly disappeared. It was a great site, known to afficionados as the 'green pages' and run by a guy in Chicago, Corin M. Hugely popular, and suddenly gone. Does anyone know why, or whether it has re-appeared under a new name? Meanwhile, here is our tribute to those 'young lifters' (and some not so young now!) - keep up the good work in your gyms, guys!   Yep - use whatever you have to hand!! Your own bodyweight will do fine... And some results: flex...come rain or shine... or hail!!... ...  So: is it "RIP, younglifter.com?" Not here, at any rate: we'll keep the fitness flag flying.

Gymnasts Today (2023/239)

 More on our favourite sport. Before the real stuff, though, a short sequence on how playtime can go wrong on the high bar! I don't have the first section, but you'll get the idea... The lesson is 'don't wear loose shorts on a bar' - I've had that problem if you don't keep clear of the bat when you should!   And, of course, things don't always go as well as they should: Random pics now - some action, some resting... A bit of specific training: Finally, a bit more gymnast fun stuff to finish - and this one doesn't go wrong!
