Best Mates

Image
Yesterday's post featured wrestling - generally two guys together (sometimes 3 or 4) testing their physical excellence against one another. Fellow trainers often become best mates, friends and supporters in the gym and also outside doing other stuff. Today's post celebrates such pairings, starting here with two Russian gymnasts who look set for some surfing...

Shoulders!

Image
A rare opportunity to focus in well-developed shoulders today, with some very useful exercise demos thrown in. Enjoy.   ...a bit of flexing... And now, the supporting cast! Your bone structure cannot be changed by training, so the width of the shoulders is developed by training the medial deltoid (second animation from Max Wyatt) and the power is then added by training rear delts and front delts as well. Combining with chest and back exercises is the best way, and to develop the desirable 'vee' back we need to avoid carbs and keep the waist slim - and of course the abs tight. In fact, it is always a mistake to focus on a single body part when training. So I guess that this entire post is a bit isleading. Oh well!
