Your bone structure cannot be changed by training, so the width of the shoulders is developed by training the medial deltoid (second animation from Max Wyatt) and the power is then added by training rear delts and front delts as well. Combining with chest and back exercises is the best way, and to develop the desirable 'vee' back we need to avoid carbs and keep the waist slim - and of course the abs tight. In fact, it is always a mistake to focus on a single body part when training. So I guess that this entire post is a bit isleading. Oh well!
