Just Do This Stuff... (2024/149}

Just do this stuff (as illustrated here) and you'll get a stronger heart, feel fitter, and develop stronger and larger muscles. This post mixes intense cardio with weights and resistance machines. Develop a balanced workout within your present capabilities, and do it three times a week... if it starts to get boring, change it: uplift the weight a little. Aching after is good: pain is not. Be sensible.

Don't be afraid to get a bit sweaty...

...especially if you managed to get your heart rate up to nearly 220pm-your age, which is the medical recommendation.

Finally, remember that ALL sport is good for you (excluding snooker and darts, obviously, before anyone asks. They are NOT sport. We mean physical exercise!):
