Fifty Shades of Fitness (2024/401)
Not everyone wants - or needs - to be huge in order to be fit. Bodybuilding just for the sake of it is something we have never really been attracted to, but we can understand the fascination of wanting to be more developed (bulked, ripped...) than the next guy. But if you want to do cross-country running, play tennis, swim, or whatever, your aims are rather different!
So, today: fitness in all shapes and sizes.
