Obviously, fit guys become very occupied with their appearance. Not happy yet? No worries! If you stick with the training and workouts, then EVERY DAY YOU WILL BE A LITTLE BETTER. It's all relative - and that should give you confidence to get the shirt off - and to keep visiting the gym! No wonder all these guys are checking themselves out...   Does he look happy? He should. But maybe it is better never to be quite satisfied. The locker room with its mirrors is the perfect venue for a check after your gym session (or maybe before it!): And then there is the family bathroom mirror! ...and those general washrooms...
