So We Keep Going! (2025/341)

Not many responses to  our question earlier in the week "should me stop or go on?". The most accurate summary might be "why stop, please keep going as long as you can". So there we are. Remember that this is not just about fit-looking bodies (muscles) but  what you do with them  having invested in the training. With that thought in mind, here is a smaller-than-usual post as we re-start (since catching pneumonia was not in the plan - hence those few dark days this week). Onwards, then, and upwards... That's it for today's "quicky" re-start - we'll be back to normal very soon.  

One Million Up (2025/340)

Just after 10am GMT yesterday, this site cored its millionth hit.  Drum Ro ll. And this is post #1938. Do we go on, or is this getting a bit boring, given that the number of fitness blogs and social media posts has exploded since we started? Do give us your thoughts by comment on this post. Meanwhile, we celebrate with a random cast of boys (fit, natch) who are out and about enjoying themselves. Probably the largest collection of fit guys we have come across.
