Weighty Matters

Pull it, push it - every which way. Every little helps! Age 9-99 - no limits! (Except that young kids MUST be supervised by someone who understands how their bones grow, suitably qualified to mentor them properly). And, if you're 99, lifting weights keeps your bones in good shape! Let's go...     And finally, if you end up like this... ...you probably worked out hard enough!
