Obviously good for selfies, there are other ways that guys have used mirrors to show off the results of their hard workouts... like featuring the mirror for a start, or making a triptych (if I can find the one I am thinking about!)... Here is a selection.     ah... found it...  

In the PREVIOUS POST we looked at the benefits of general exercise on body image, and suggested that there is more to fitness than just becoming a gym bunny.  However, the gym bunnies are obviously very committed to body image themselves, and lose no opportunity to show it off, judging by the number of flexing selfies out there. So in this post we have a large selection of flexing guys, all offering encouragement to the rest of us to get off our backsides and "just DO something" about that body image, Here we go with an "all action" post!
