Not only does this describe my current medical condition (cough, splutter...) it also describes this post, which is slight because it is perhaps a bit shorter than usual (rushing to pack for a trip early in the morning, post set to automatic timer!) and 'chesty' for obvious reasons (cough, choke...)...  ...everyone here today is aiming for those perfect pecs.
