 The rear view, as you can see. Lats, rhomboids, traps and deltoids particularly on display, often with emphasised triceps as dessert... no-one seems to want to show off their legs in this lot - oh well!

The Rings Thing

 Rings are not just used in formal gymnastics (see elsewhere in these posts!) - we make extensive use of them for general physical training too, as this selection of pictures shows. Enjoy the lads making the most of their equipment!     (OK, he's a gymnast but this is shoulder training!)   Well, they're sort of rings... same difference... Finally, the one that's different from all the others!

Clean Lines

 All lads should do some fitness training, but we're not into huge bulk for bodybuilding. Some muscle, yes: nice proportions, yes: good body-mass index... ...we think that these lads qualify. Hope that you do too (and that you qualify as well!!). Another large post.
