Few of us can resist the temptation of a selfie in the locker room - or a friend on hand to take the pic - checking if you can see the difference your workout made, or perhaps a before-and-after workout comparison! All these guys have definitely been training - that's for sure. Enjoy.

Facebook - bless 'em - have determined that each time a share a post to my Facebook page I am spamming, and have banned me from even quoting the URL (although it is still shown on my page details)!!  This comes after they banned me for a fortnight for posting a picture of a gymnast wandering across a crowded gym to reach the vault. Goodness knows why. And that was after WordPress destroyed my years old Tony Cavanagh fitness site, apparently for having 'inappropriate content'... which they refused to specify and no-one else could explain. I also noticed that, on March 1st, several G-rated Tumblr blogs that I followed also suddenly disappeared. Big brother seems to have called up reinforcements. Recently, a viewer of this blog commented on the risks associated with being barefoot in the weight room. How does this one strike you, Carl? This is a well-known acrobat at work in the woods...at least he has his glasses on - but need I say more?!     We have noticed that there is an increasing tendency for some younger guys to appear in public places in just their underpants, or even jockstraps - or certainly appearing willing to be photographed in such locations for their social media accounts. I am not talking catalogue models here - just guys enjoying their 'freedom'. Fit guys, of course.
