"If You're Not Sweating, It's Not Working!"

Training. A lot of effort to improve your strength, your flexibility, and your body image. And then to keep it that way for a long and healthy lifetime. That is the name of our game. While the title quote "If You're Not Sweating, It's Not Working" is not always necessarily 100% true, you do need to put in the effort and keep going a bit longer when your body and your muscles ask to quit. But we celebrate sweat today: first, in the workout, and secondly, as a great post-workout activity, the sauna (more of a lack of activity there, obviously!). Sometimes a social occasion when you plan your future training programme and discuss it with your friends. Sometimes just good to sit there quietly and meditate - training the brain, if you like. Here we go then, starting with a sweat brought on by a great workout in what looks like a rather dark gym: A bit of sweaty posing (mp4s will go full screen if you want):  And now to the sauna: This last guy has appeared twice already...
