Chest Highlights

It's all some guys think about when they go to the gym - getting a big chest. Powerful pecs are important, of course, but so is strength and shapeliness in the whole body when training. We frequently notice guys with very well-developed upper bodies and spindly weak-looking legs because lower-body exercises are ignored. So the message is: train the whole body! However, today we are focussing on guys whose chest development does make them stand out a bit from the rest - perhaps with a little help from the photographer!
