Gymnasts (28) - An Extended Focus on Conditioning

It is not always appreciated how tough the physical training that is needed for gymnastics actually is. In this extended edition of 'Gymnasts' we focus on the exercises - mostly solo, some partner, that gymnasts must grind through to achieve the strength, flexibility, balance and resilience that they need.

You can be inspired by these guys to improve your own fitness and general body image. You do not need to go to these levels: do whatever regular training gives you satisfaction, but keep it up. A like-minded friend will certainly help!
