Street-Wise

Today we feature the guys who workout in street arenas or similar set-ups - bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), strength and agility on the bars... that sort of thing. They may occasionally add some weight by wearing a belt, but it is fundamentally different from lifting weights in the gym, and definitely complementary to lifting. Highly recommended! And calisthenic dudes, traditionally, go shirtless...
