Head and Shoulders Above the Rest

'Head and shoulders above the rest' is where you'll be if you follow a suitable training regime. It doesn't have to be excessive, just that you need to be determined to keep following your own ambitions.

In today's post, we actually feature heads (I hate pictures with the head cropped off!) anyway, but also shoulders and the upper body in general, both with exercise video clips and ordinary images featuring the shoulders particularly and then the upper body in general. See what can be done here, and then think hard about your own goals!

So: shoulders are built from presses at various angles including 'press-ups', straight-arm pulls at various angles, pull-ups, cable work etc. They are built from deltoids (in three sections [front, side and rear] plus trapezius connecting to the neck, and some help from rhomboids and upper lats in the top of the back. In summary, almost any exercise involving using the arms is good!

Could be a shoulder exercise if the arms stay straight... otherwise biceps

Yes, we're looking at his hsoulders today. 'Abs of steel' don't generally come out of a tube, by the way!
