Sweating it Out! And After... ... ...

When training - especially cardio, running etc, but also general gym sessions - you are going to get sweaty. You should be. It's a sign that you're working hard and that your body is responding. It's also a good reason to pull that shirt off so that it is not 'sticking' to you.

After, there is nothing nicer than a sauna sweat to relax the muscles and generally make you feel good. And you can dive into an icy lake after for the full experience!
