Food for Thought (2023/130)

You are what you eat, as we have said before. And when you aspiring for fitness, you need to think very carefully what you need based on your present physical appearance and degree of fitness.

So this post, titled 'food for thought' comes in two parts. First, the FOOD:

Well, I was joking really. But he does seem to have something on his mind, behind that excellent suntan.

A few more possible 'thinkers' to round off the post:

"Am I ripped enough?"...


 ...well, the diet seems to be working for him!

"Is this OK?"

Hmmm. CAn't find anymore obvious thinkers just for now, so that will have to do.
