 Maintaining Momentum: ...just like new year resolutions which quickly get dropped, it is no use deciding to get fitter and then quitting after a few weeks! You need to keep it up, make some new friends, challenge one another (gently at first!) and then see those personal goals coming closer. And then, of course, you will want to go 'one step beyond'... and another... so let's keep going, shall we?
