Work On Yourself (2023/252)

 Work ON yourself - isn't that what all this is about? Training for strength, flexibility, agility in sports, more endurance - whatever it is, your body needs the right work to produce the results you desire.

Here we show such work to inspire y'all - mainly, but not exclusively, gym stuff today.

Starting with the younger set - boys on a mission (even if the bar in this first image does seem a tad heavy for the lad, they do seem to be holding it up!...):
