Just Go For It (2024/002)
You know you have always wanted to. But something put you off... if not lethargy, anxiety that 'I might not fit in', or 'I don't really know what I'm supposed to do'... or, worse - 'I'm ashamed of my body.'
Don't be - if you resolve to fix it - get fitter, get stronger - improve your body image... you'll be the one ripping your shirt off to show off before you know it. And - surprise surprise - there are plenty of people out there waiting to help you. Anyone in a gym will give advice if you ask for it - just make the effort two or three times a week - short sessions to start with - get to know some other guys... and the magic will start to happen before you know it.
We know that resolutions are made to be broken, so this is not a suggested resolution... it's an ORDER!!
Don't just be envious as you skip through our back catalogue of 1100 posts... DO WOMETHING!

And now a selection of gyms and the guys who've been working out showing off! Remember that, while some guys just want to be ever bigger, a better goal is FITTER than you were... and then keep it up. Runners and divers train in gyms and the last thing they need is enormous bulk inhibiting them competing in their sport.
