Chest Day (2024/133)

All the really dedicated workout guys have a 'chest day' twice a week (at least!), so here's chest feature of our own. Pecs to admire and inspire!

Building a powerful chest is not always straightforward. Bench presses and pushups, obviously, but these muscles need to be 'attacked' from every direction, so inclined work, cable crossovers, flies, etc etc all need to be in the mix.
