Training Extremes - and Then Some Fun (2024/111)
A mixed bag today of guys dedicated to their sports and to training for them, equipping their bodies for endurance in various ways - and then, for lighter relief, a few fun things we've come across.

Gymnast Yevgeny works on his extreme shoulder flexibility (we gymnasts call this 'Elgrip')...

Remember the tee-shirt challenge?
How many back sommies can you do?

Actually, if we're counting, how many parkour vaults do you know?
Here's a combination of extreme tumbling and fun peer support in a large display:
Three large efforts from the calisthenics community next always fun to try things in larger groups:
Front levers next:
This last one was obviously filmed during Covid - fun, but could well be training for a professional act.
