Back To The Beginning (2025/001)
Well, here we go again. Back to the beginning of a year in which we shall continue to try and persuade guys to take up fitness training - either to improve their chosen sport, to improve their looks for the beach, bodybuilding even (if you must) but, above all, to improve physical and mental health.
The road goes ever on - but you have to make the effort and commit to a regular routine of exercise.
So for starters in 2025, since we just used the word 'back', let's focus on the lats, rhomboids, deltoids and traps from the rear - a side which guys seem reluctant to post in comparison with all those frontal shots showing off their chests, biceps and abs!
Guys who realise the importance of "back day" in their gym programme.
Pullups are a great exercise for the entire back area - as, indeed, are pullups...
Yep - start young. Increasingly, the young are turning to fitness with determination to be excellent at whatever they do.
Finally, working the lateral delts but with a great back profile.
