 Is your gym open over Easter? We certainly hope so! Got to keep up that workout schedule ready for summer! A post of more guys in their gyms, if not actually pushing pulling or lifting at the moment... We are fortunate to be able to attend our local gym at slack times, when you might be forgiven for thinking that it is mainly retirees anxious to keep their mobility and their bone structure stable, or youg kids being encouraged by their dads. These last two show kids whose families are entirely motivated to fitness. Good on them! Both examples into jiu-jitsu as it happens
