High time for another update of action on the mats, sand, grass and in the ring! Oil too.  

Quality time in our book means gym time, imroving the quality of the product (body image, strength, flexibility and power for sport and for improving the life!). This posts celebrates that. 'Gym time' means any productive exercise, any place. Doesn't have to be actually inside an actual gym! First, here's a young guy with ambition, to set the pace!
