Shoulders!

Image
A rare opportunity to focus in well-developed shoulders today, with some very useful exercise demos thrown in. Enjoy.   ...a bit of flexing... And now, the supporting cast! Your bone structure cannot be changed by training, so the width of the shoulders is developed by training the medial deltoid (second animation from Max Wyatt) and the power is then added by training rear delts and front delts as well. Combining with chest and back exercises is the best way, and to develop the desirable 'vee' back we need to avoid carbs and keep the waist slim - and of course the abs tight. In fact, it is always a mistake to focus on a single body part when training. So I guess that this entire post is a bit isleading. Oh well!

"Rate Our Gym!"

Gyms large and small, some outdoor, some just garages or small-scale stuff in bedrooms... anything is better than nothing... and, of course, we have a fit guy in each picture, taking a break from his lifting, to show how good the product is! The guys come in all sizes too (different stages of development and different goals as well) so maybe you can rate those too! 50 pix later... want to see some more? There are over 450 older posts in the archive (on left of screen) and we've chosen one at random for you HERE ! We're glad YouLoveFitness, and hope to see you back soon at WeLoveFitness where we try to post seven days a week and sometimes more!
