"We've Trained Hard... Now Let Us Show You The Results!"

Obvious hard work deserves its reward, and the guys are always keen to record their progress for us to admire! Training partners and friends give encouragement, and are always available to hold the camera! And selfies are allowed too...   If you don't have a friend around, you can always use a camera stand like Jeremy... Caught in the narcissistic act, there! Yeah: sweat is also the reward for hard training: we'll start with a very young thai boxer who shows us what he has endured to excell in his sport: Gotta admire his dedication! Now 5 older dudes sweating it out:   Young'uns do it too... the next three are rightly proud!

Of course they do. Sometimes in pairs, sometimes with admiring friends watching, and sometimes quietly on their own in the gym. Every which way! By the way, this is teh second post today: don't miss the first acrobatic one - CLICK HERE Just to make a point, that curl movement is poor form because, by rocking back and forth he is using his back and shoulder muscle to get the bar up. It is important to localise the effort to the muscle group you working on, for best results. Of course, he will get stronger overall but it is better to select specific exercises for each muscle group to ensure even development. Looks like a quads trainer, but definitely an odd approach! We know. That's an 'oldie'. But he's worth a replay.   Hmmm. Outside in the snow. OK, I guess that's tough enough! This is the second post today, so don't miss the very acrobatic FIRST ONE .
