Time to be inspired by more 'rearward' excellence - guys who have not neglected their lats and so forth. It's not just muscle though - you need flexibility in the back (and shoulders) too:    ...but back to flexing! ... ... Here's the way to do it (well, there are many exercises actually but we're about out of space for more today!)...
