Traps On Show!

The trapezius is the triangular muscle each side of the base of the neck (rear), easily worked by 'shrugging' movements while holding heavy dumbbells in the hands and keeping the arms straight - or using gym kit which does the same job. Development of the traps is also greatly assisted with bar pull-ups, and you can also use strands trapped beneath the feet as our second model today shows. It is particularly well developed by wannabe powerlifters, and our first model Tim Gray clearly shows us the results of his efforts so far (he's 15yo btw). The rest of today's selection show some slightly lesser results, probably well suited to the sport for which they have been training. Genetics plays a part too - and fixes what you are blessed to start from! And, of course, these guys have great bodies overall, so enjoy those too!
