Today's guys definitely have nothing to hide, and everything to be proud of. Hard work on their fitness pays off and deserves to be admired - which, of course, we do. It is what this blog is for... to encourage y'all to "join the pack", get that shirt off in the gym, and get to work!

Is It 'Goodbye Younglifter.com'? (2023/352)

One month ago, the superb 'body image' site younglifter.com suddenly disappeared. It was a great site, known to afficionados as the 'green pages' and run by a guy in Chicago, Corin M. Hugely popular, and suddenly gone. Does anyone know why, or whether it has re-appeared under a new name? Meanwhile, here is our tribute to those 'young lifters' (and some not so young now!) - keep up the good work in your gyms, guys!   Yep - use whatever you have to hand!! Your own bodyweight will do fine... And some results: flex...come rain or shine... or hail!!... ...  So: is it "RIP, younglifter.com?" Not here, at any rate: we'll keep the fitness flag flying.
