The 'Weighting' Game
Sorry for the dreadful pun in the title. Yes, we're talking about training, and the quite long wait you will have to start seeing results and feeling fitter and stronger. But you will!
Let's join some guys getting into it, and more relaxing afterwards or between sets. Lke Italian gymnast Samuele G:
Gymnastics, especially apparatus evercises, builds strength and confidence. And Samuele is a lad who knows exactly what he wants...
We think that is 'dad' behind him. OK, we'll feature some more enthusiastic youngsters later in the post. Some older guys first though:
