Built (2023/244)

A focus on the bulkier guys today - guys who train for muscle size and very possibly for bodybuilding competition. As we have said many times, this is not really for us and is not for everyone who wants to train for better performance in various sports... too much bulk, you lose flexibility (it is commonly noted, for example, that bodybuilders usually lose at wrestling to much smaller guys). 

Either which way, we support all forms of fitness training and hence this focus for today's post on those 'built' guys.
