"Just Look What We've Achieved!" (2025/126)
If you train just to show off, maybe you should consider a difference approach to training. Train for health, endurance, a realistic body image (bodybuilding as a sport is allowed, even though it is not really our 'thing') and general fitness... all of which combine to keep you going to a greater age than maybe you would otherwise. As a gym colleague of ours who has just celebrated his 78th birthday pointed out "it's a lot better than not celebrating your 78th birthday!" Exactly: a lifetime's commitment to keeping in shape combined with a healthy diet has clearly paid off. Always remember, you are what you eat.
Today's lads are in the younger age bracket than the seventies, but all keen to share their results to inspire all ages to join in the fun!
