WE LOVE TRAINING!! A celebration of the joy of physical training for guys of all ages... whether it be just lifting for fitness, or for the sports we love: gymnastics, acrobatics, wrestling, athletics etc .... pretty much any sport where you compete as an individual. We hope to celebrate success and to encourage anyone and everyone to embrace a fitness regime! Posts will be multiple images of guys training or guys who obviously have been! So get sweaty, get those shirts off, and get stuck in!
We do envy those guys who live in the parts of the world where shirtlessness outdoors is still comfortable. Had snow here just two days ago (yes, I know, we do sometimes go shirtless in the snow just to make a point...).
But today's selection finds better weather for the fit guys to display their training success.

ReplyDeleteI have used your site as an exercise motivator since you were on the last platform. By the way, I assume you are still performing and with your partner. And your son, Leo (I presume not his real name to protect him) is grown and hopefully working with you.
Two comments. One, I like seeing the blooper videos of the gymnast falling or messing up their routines. It reminds me of how much work and dedication it takes to perform and get it right. And like the rest of us mortals, they sometimes fall, but then they get up, shake it off, and do it again and end up with an excellent routine. Thanks for the introduction to the Osso Brothers.
Two, I am amazed at how many gym rats in you photos have a crucifix necklace - i think that is great. In addition to maintaining their body and masculinity, they are also concerned for their inner self and their soul. They are not one dimensional. Awesome.
