So We Keep Going! (2025/341)

Not many responses to  our question earlier in the week "should me stop or go on?". The most accurate summary might be "why stop, please keep going as long as you can". So there we are.

Remember that this is not just about fit-looking bodies (muscles) but what you do with them having invested in the training. With that thought in mind, here is a smaller-than-usual post as we re-start (since catching pneumonia was not in the plan - hence those few dark days this week).

Onwards, then, and upwards...
