You do need to put in an effort (regular workouts) to get to look like these guys.... but isn't it worth it? "You, too, could have a body  like mine" was a slogan from the past century by a guy improbably named Charles Atlas who marketed chest expanders (anyone remember those?).

Seriously, though - get on the fitness ladder, and use today's images for inspiration and encouragement!
