And, of course, your buddy is there with his camera to record your improvement. No buddy? - there's nearly always a mirror... Those communities with outdoor workout facilities provide an excellent service to those with a bent for fitness, especially where money for a gym membership isn't available. Seems to be almost 100% guys but, since that is our fitness speciality here, we're happy with that although we would encourage any girls/ladies to take up the fitness baton too!
