Another double post today. Currently, where we are, we are locked out of our gyms and gym clubs. But you can never have too many gymnasts showing off their skills and their training... gymnastics and acrobatics are the best sports in the world!

Is It 'Goodbye Younglifter.com'? (2023/352)

One month ago, the superb 'body image' site younglifter.com suddenly disappeared. It was a great site, known to afficionados as the 'green pages' and run by a guy in Chicago, Corin M. Hugely popular, and suddenly gone. Does anyone know why, or whether it has re-appeared under a new name? Meanwhile, here is our tribute to those 'young lifters' (and some not so young now!) - keep up the good work in your gyms, guys!   Yep - use whatever you have to hand!! Your own bodyweight will do fine... And some results: flex...come rain or shine... or hail!!... ...  So: is it "RIP, younglifter.com?" Not here, at any rate: we'll keep the fitness flag flying.
